About the Role:

We’re looking for a Technical Project Manager (TPM) to lead key initiatives across our Corporate Applications, DevOps and Data teams. In this role, you’ll help modernize the systems and processes that keep our business running — from HR, Finance, and IT tools to the technology that powers daily operations and employee productivity.
You’ll work closely with engineering, business stakeholders, and vendor partners to deliver solutions that improve efficiency, reliability, and user experience. If you enjoy bridging business needs and technical execution — and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment — this is a great opportunity to make an impact across the entire organization.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead cross-functional projects spanning Corporate Applications (HRIS, Finance, Legal, Procurement, etc.), DevOPs and Data Teams.

  • Manage the full project lifecycle — from requirements and planning through execution, delivery, and post-launch review.

  • Coordinate across teams including developers, systems engineers, business analysts, and external vendors to ensure clear communication and accountability.

  • Build and maintain project roadmaps, timelines, and deliverables aligned to strategic business goals.

  • Identify and mitigate risks, manage dependencies, and ensure stakeholders stay informed and engaged.

  • Improve processes through documentation, retrospectives, and repeatable best practices.

  • Track and report project health using KPIs, OKRs, and other performance metrics.

  • Support change management and adoption, ensuring smooth rollouts of new tools, platforms, or workflows.

What You’ll Bring:

  • 5+ years of technical project management experience in Corporate Systems, DevOps or Data environments.

  • Strong understanding of enterprise applications (HR, Finance, CRM, Identity/Access, or ITSM platforms).

  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with technical complexity and cross-team dependencies.

  • Experience working with both internal engineering teams and third-party vendors.

  • Solid grasp of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches).

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills — able to translate technical details into clear business context.

  • Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, YouTrack, XWiki, Airtable.

  • Prior project experience with the following is a plus: Microsoft Dynamics GP, Concur, Cognos, Ceridian/Dayforce, PowerBI, Tableau.

  • PMP, CSM, or ITIL certification is a plus.

Why You’ll Love Working Here:

  • Opportunity to drive visible impact across the business — from employee experience to operational excellence.

  • Collaborative environment where technology, process, and people intersect.

  • Supportive leadership invested in innovation, growth, and professional development.

Competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and flexible work options.
